Rosa's Cafe and Tortilla Factory LTD

Stay away from this one! Went today they put 2 burnt pieces of chicken on a tortilla I paid $5 for chicken fajitas with queso that I couldn't eat!! I DO NOT WANT BLACK BURNT CHICKEN!!!! EITHER FIRE THE LAZY EMPLOYEES OR TEACH THEM THAT BLACK IS BURNT???????? They also need to learn how to bag food queso salsa spill out they should not just be thrown in the bag put them in aseparate bag!! I haven't eaten at this one in over 15 years and absolutely nothing has changed!!!

Very rude customer service I?ve only gone a hand full of times this year bc I usually go to west county. But every time I?ve gone here they mess up my order or forget the tortillas. And it doesn?t help the older women here are very very rude. And theydon?t wear name tags to know who you are dealing with. Just go to West County

I understand I came during lunch rush but this is pitiful and unacceptable. Out of all the years I've been a customer I've never received a plate like this. I asked for no meat and no jalapeños, all good there but seriously? This tiny amount of queso andeven smaller amount of beans and no sour cream?

Over all it smells good but I thought I ordered a burrito and not a rolled up taco. I mean if they wanna call it a burrito fine, but maybe don't chargw $5 for this tiny thing ???? Réservez une table maintenant
