Rosa's Cafe Tortilla Factory

I went to the drive @8 on the morning and they asked me if I wanted salsa, of course I said yes. the girl in the window was very rude. I told her, thank you and quiet give dirty looks. So I drive away from the window and of course there is no salsa on the bag, so I go in and ask for salsa know that they already made some and cast in cups, and they send me to the salsa counter to pour my own!!! what kind of customer service is that? I've never had a problem with one of the roses until today.

pink is almost, so we eat there. we also buy their fresh tortillas because we live far from there. the place is also beautifully decorated. the portions and the quality of pink fillings for these tortillas are not what they were when I visited a pink’s in midland almost 25 years ago, but for the price it is okay.

Food was Great an the service was too . They have alot of youngsters but everyone needs a chance to learn earn . Their prices are almost as high as Henry's an that place is overrated I hope Rosa isn't going in the same direction because I really love their food .

a past back this place was the place for Mexican food, but now the beans are coarse and the eating is excessively fat with not so big of taste

Very nice people as always food was good especially like the Taco Tuesday special. Was fairly fast when restaurant is busy.
