We recently dined at the new Rosa's Café in Hewitt and were thoroughly impressed by the lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Whether it’s because the restaurant is new or not, every staff member we encountered was smiling, eager to help, and genuinely happy to be there serving customers. The location was spotless, the food freshly prepared, and the flavors delightful for any palate. The restaurant had a good number of diners but wasn’t overcrowded. Here’s the less impressive part: the food is just average. Most dishes lack much flavor, with the fajita beef plate being the only one that stood out taste-wise. The guacamole and tortillas, however, are quite good. The prices feel high for what you get. I could probably save money by skipping drinks and sides, but I prefer having a drink with my meal. Now, the positives: there’s plenty of comfortable seating available at all times, which I really appreciate. The dining area is spacious, so it never feels crowded, even when busy. All I need to say is Taco Tuesday. The staff is always ready to help and the food is amazing. The price is right for 3 tacos rice and beans, 2 fresh tortillas. Quick in and out if your in a hurry, fast food in a restaurant setting. I will be back.
The food and atmosphere at Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory were fantastic! The menu offered a great variety, and we didn’t have to wait long at all.
