Rosas Pizza just has the best pizza ever! From a perfect crust, to great sauce and amazing everything! It is the perfect bite. Most places can’t figure out the flavor of the dough, so it’s just there to hold up the rest of the pizza, but Rosas has a very flavorful dough that is almost addictive. I definitely recommend the buffalo chicken slice if you like a little spicy, as well as the chicken bacon ranch and chicken marsala. I have driven by this spot so many times and glad that I took the time to stop by and try some of the options. Chicken and broccoli slice is so filling! Just the right amount of cheese and the chicken is flavorful. The sausage roll is well prepared and peppers are cooked through. Pepperoni pinwheel dough is a bit soft for my liking but overall the price is excellent for the taste, options, and great service! I will definitely make it a go to spot when in Maspeth.
It was under construction when I went so I will give them some grace for the appearance and the service. The pizza was good but the chicken roll was kind of bland. The real issue was the mozzarella sticks were undercooked and tasted strange. The air conditioning was dripping on me and the table i had my kid's tables. If you're from Queens, you know that Rosa's is our local favorite. There are three pizzerias, and I feel fortunate to have grown up enjoying such a high standard of pizza and food. Thank you!
