really disappointing. I have booked this reservation over 3 weeks in advance and the notes I would need for a high chair. the morning of booking called the restaurant to advise, they have no high chairs. since it was 10 o'clock and the dinner was not booked until...7 o'clock I expressed my disappointment that this was not family friendly and also ruined our plans, all booked in advance as a trip to london. I asked them to use the day to buy a high chair so we were not inconveniently forced to look for others. they refused. on this day/age I find it really unacceptable that a central iondon restaurant does not offer a high chair so that the facilities are accessible to families. if nothing else is organized and their booking requests checked before the time so that customers can be informed before the time when there is a problem.
I wish I could rate the food because I've heard that it was supposed to be well above average. Unfortunately I never got a chance to taste it because I waited minutes to have my order taken and then left when it seemed that the waiter was just ignoring us. He was too busy clearing up people's plates and serving other tables to take two minutes to jot down our order. It was the worst service I have ever experienced! So bad that no one even noticed us leave. Definitely not coming back.
the food was amazing and the staff was also great. the only reason we gave him a 4 star was only due to be said at the end, we could not pay cash, not with money offered on the card the waitress, for them to pay and. we gave her money, I don't think it is acceptable that this is the waiter's responsibility, we should have been informed at the arrival! but we'll be back as it was fantastic eating.
that looked fantastic from personal was beautiful, atmosphere was easy, our appetizers tasted great (there are 4 of us,) but the netzen didn't taste nice. it's a shame when I was looking forward to it, but no fan was. the desserts and drinks were also great. for the price is worth it, but I wasn't a fan too much unfortunately
