I don't want to sound too critical because I really do enjoy Rosati's Pizza when it's made properly. My family and I have ordered from this location many times, and there are plenty of occasions when the pizza is excellent. However, last night marked at least the third or fourth time the crust tasted like cardboard, and there have been instances where the sauce tasted just like plain tomato sauce. I'm hoping this feedback will draw some attention and encourage them to achieve more consistency.
Feeding 30 people is no small task. Today we enjoyed Fiesta Di Italia and of course added a full pan of the chicken! The food arrived on time. Hot and delicious. The delivery trays make it easy to set up and enjoy. It isn't often this office is quiet until you have awesome food in front of them. The marinara on the pasta is outstanding and the perfect thing to dip your garlic bread in! Thank you David and Team for an awesome lunch today!
The pizza looked fantastic, but unfortunately, that was about the only positive aspect. The crust was the only thing that was truly perfect; everything else was lacking in taste. It was as if all the toppings had their flavor completely washed away, and the sauce was equally flavorless.
The pizza was outstanding! We chose the 14-inch par-baked version with Canadian bacon and mushrooms. It was perfectly ready on time, and when we baked it at home the next day, it tasted delicious. Rosati's in Brookfield never lets us down! Réservez une table maintenant
