The staff tonight was amazing! From placing the order on the phone, to picking up the food, the customer service was top notch.When I arrived to pick up the food, it was running late. They apologized and shared how long it would take. Twice, they updated me so I know when it would be done. In all, it was 12 minutes late. I didn’t think that was such a big deal on a busy Friday night. When they handed me the food, they also gave us 6 sodas due to the extended wait. It’s not about getting something for free, but the way they handled everything makes me want to be a repeat customer!
During our weekend visit to town, we searched for nearby pizza and were thrilled to discover Rosati's Pizza. The food was so delicious that we ended up dining here twice! We tried wings, pizza, sandwiches, and salads — everything was fantastic. The wings' sauce was truly finger-licking good. The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding; they even offered us complimentary drinks on our second visit. I highly recommend exploring Rosati's Pizza menu for a great meal!
We were visiting town for the weekend and googled pizza near by. I do not regret finding this place. It was so delicious we ate here twice over the weekend. We got wings, pizza, sandwich, and salads. I have not one complaint about any of it. The sauce on the wings are finger licking good literally. Very reasonable priced. Customer service was phenomenal even gave us complimentary drinks the second time! Highly recommend!
The pizza was okay, but the meatball sandwich was a letdown. It seemed like they used frozen meatballs heated in the microwave rather than fresh meat. Definitely not worth the price. I also tried the pizza, hoping for better, but it was equally disappointing. The flavors were stale, and the ingredients tasted canned. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

Was just charged $16 for a slice of pizza and a sandwich... I asked for just the slice and sandwich but still got charged for combos.. WTHAfter trying the food, pizza was good, but the meatball sandwich needs some work on the seasoning. It's not worth the price, and there should be a different charge if you do not get the other combo items.
This is my favorite Chicago-style pizza in the Chicago area. It's incredible, and I make it a point to visit every time I'm in town. I had the deep-dish pan pizza, which was fantastic. Just a heads up about parking: the street can be quite busy, making it a bit challenging to find a spot.
