Rosati's Pizza - Réservation de table

I accidentally ordered a pizza through the Rosati's app, and it went to a different location instead of my local Rosati's. I initially started on my local Rosati's homepage, but at some point, the location changed without my knowledge. I tried to explain the situation to the manager, but he insisted that I still had to pay because it wasn't his fault, even though it's your app. He mentioned that the order was only $25 and that he needed to explain the situation to his boss. I just wish he would tell his boss that it was only $25, just like he told me.

Great customer service! I just received a pick up order of a fairly large amount of food, the gentleman who provided me with my order was so sweet by holding the door open for me as well as getting the car door for me. He definitely went above and beyondand I wish I got his name so he could get the recognition.

The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the mostaccili with meat sauce and the chicken parmigiana lasagna, and shared everything. Each dish was fantastic!

I really enjoyed the pizza and wings. The owner, I believe, provided excellent customer service and was a really nice guy. Overall, it’s a fantastic place! Réservez une table maintenant

This is our first time having Rosati’s pizza and we loved it! We also had the toasted ravioli which was really good too. We will be ordering again soon!!
