Rosati's Pizza - Réservation de table

I was visiting from out of town. I was hungry and wanted a calzone. I walked into this cute place, and I was greeted by this kind, and amazing girl ? girl I can’t believe I already forgot your name ? .Anways, we started to talk and carried on with the conversation, as if we knew each other forever!Lemme tell you when I said I was hungry, they did not disappoint!! The calzone was a whooping TX size, the flavors and the homemade marinara sauce ? were just ahhhhmazing!If I ever go back to Chicago, I’ll definitely drive up there, just to have their food once again! Simply muah, chef’s kiss! ? ?

Awful service. I came in for a pickup and I waited but no one came to the counter. I looked around and I didn’t see anyone working so I went back to the counter and waited another 10-15 minutes or so. Then I finally called the place and the same lady sitting at the bar with a glass of orange juice and swiping through her phone came to help. She was rude and didn’t even pay attention to customers coming in. What an awful first impression. Left with semi warm pizza.

1st time here. Visiting from GA. Not disappointed one bit. Kids and hubby raved. For me the wings was very flavorful but could be a little juicer, but it was seasoned to the bone. Mozzarella was perfect. Didn't take piks of sticks or wings cus I forgot and starving. Pizza was 7/10 for me. Hubby says it was 8.5/10. Again, not disappointed at all. We will be back before we depart Chi town!

Went here at 9(1 hour before posted close time)and was ignored, rang the bell they have on the counter and skinny dark haired woman rudely says yes? Tf you think I'm ringing the bell for standing at the order counter?!?! Close early lock the door. Simple concept. Very glad I went out my way to get food here only to be turned away. Couldn't even get a slice to go. Ridiculous Réservez une table maintenant
