We love the food here, wings and Pizza are amazing. We recently on Tuesday had a delivery as usual. We order quite often for our Tuesday party. The driver tracked greasy footprints all through the office. I called the manager and was told “well you shouldn’t have let him in your place. Hmm not a great way to handle in my opinion. I always tip the driver at least $20 and we order $140-$160 each week we have a party. Not happy this last go.
Once they forgot to add my fries and the gentleman was kind enough to give a credit!The man at checkout was very kind and so was the manager!And last time I called to place a rather large order with a lot of questions, the woman was very helpful. So it’s been a few months since my husband and I were in here and we walk in today. And immediately remembered and greeted by Antwon the manager we sit at the bar as always and he REMEMBERED our drinks AND HOW I LIKED MINE again it’s been AT LEAST 4 months since we’ve been here he’s such a hard worker and so kind the entire time BRAVO SIR BRAVO
My wife and I have been eating at Rosati's for years, both Here and in the Chicago area. Every visit has been great and we look forward to it. This last visit however we were disappointed. The sauce Tasted different and was bland and the cheese also lacked flavor. Even the smell of the pizza has changed.Disappointed... Réservez une table maintenant
I had a coupon for a free 12-inch pizza with two toppings, but I couldn't place my order online. So, I called the store to place my order. When I got there after the call, I ended up being charged for both pizzas, even though I was supposed to get one for free with a $4 discount. I won't be returning.
Horrible!!!! Clearly shows even on the receipt it was supposed to be bottled!!!! Not cans!!!! Charging for bottles and providing cans is not acceptable. Cans are only 12 oz and cheaper so you are stealing from your customers!!!!! Provide what they actually ordered!!!!! So aggravating!!!!!
Ordered two pizzas here, three salads and etc. When our order came it was missing items and what we did get was not tasty at all and not the proper temperature. Had no flavor so we reordered pizzas elsewhere to eat for dinner!

"Service was great, cleanliness was bad the floors were very greasy. The bathrooms where not clean. But the food was good. Open later than most other Korean BBQ and had sushi so that's a plus. The cost was a little pricey but, reasonable considering the amount of appetizers."
