Rosati's Pizza In Des Pla

During my stay at the Sheraton Hotel with my son, we decided to order Pizza for delivery to our room. Despite having several options, we chose Rosati’s. Rash took our order and the total for a 10-inch pizza, French fries, and two small sodas came out to over $40. I inquired about the breakdown of the cost, as the pizza alone was priced at $17.99. It turned out that the total included the pizza, fries, sodas, tax, and delivery charge. After placing the order, it took one hour for the delivery person to arrive, but they did not bring plates or utensils. Upon contacting Rash, who I assumed was the owner or manager, he informed me that I should have requested these items when placing the order. I expressed my disappointment, as this was not specified in their menu or mentioned during the ordering process. Rash simply apologized and said there was nothing he could do at that point. In my opinion, the amount of money spent on this small meal deserved better customer service than what was provided by Rosati’s Pizza in Des Plaines, Illinois. As a result, I will not be ordering from there again and I do not recommend this place to others.

I have not eaten here, but I did call the restaurant twice with a question. Unfortunately, the connection was very poor and I couldn't communicate properly. The person who answered my call ended up hanging up on me. They really need to have a clear phone line. I also tried texting, but since it is not a mobile phone, the message was not received. It would be better if they could provide a mobile phone or chat option as well.
