Booked last minute on a Sunday for a family of 5 and our 1 year old! Arrived and table all set for us with high hair provided. Great choice on the menu, 4 of us went for the roast beef and 1 of us the burger along with prawns, ribs and garlic bread for starter! Well to say the food was nice would not do it justice! The food was delicious, full of flavour and great portion sizes. By far THE BEST roast dinner we have ever had out! The beef was cooked to perfection! The staff were so professional and welcoming and we will definitely return! Outside area looked lovely also so definitely now on our list for drinks in the sunshine soon! My husband and I got married at Alton Registry Office and had a meal for 33 of us here at the Rose Crown. Oh my, Charlotte and her team were absolutely amazing; nothing was too much trouble. Our two meals were brought out first, quickly followed by the children and even one picky child got theirs changed at the last minute! We had photos in the garden, desserts followed seamlessly and every single person with us mentioned how amazing the team did. Thank you so so much, our day was perfect!!!

Visited on 3/5 for a friend's wedding breakfast and I cannot express enough how good an experience it was. The manager and staff were so attentive, the food was delicious and the room they laid up looked amazing. I'm not local to the area but I will most definitely be back 10/10

Held up in the area and stumbled upon this pub. Fantastic food, beer, and service. We loved it so much we went twice! Beautiful setting as well.

Went for my sisters birthday lunch and the staff and service were 1st class. Such a welcoming atmosphere and the food was yummy.
