Roselys - Réservation de table

The manager expressed annoyance that my allergy was not accounted for in the dining experience and stated that individuals with allergies would not be accommodated. This conversation took place near my table in front of two other waiters. Subsequently, the wait staff did not attend to our table as promised. Despite notifying the restaurant that it was my birthday and seeing it noted on their seating plan, no special gestures were made for our celebration, unlike other parties with birthdays. Additionally, our package was supposed to include champagne, which was never served to us. We observed other parties with the same package receiving champagne.

L’endroit est beau mais on a été déçu par la qualité et la taille des plats pour le prix. Le serveur était peu présent, on a aussi choisi une place au soleil pour profiter des rares rayons (les hivers sont longs à Montreal) mais il les a fermé malgré qu’on ait explicitement dit la raison pour laquelle on s’est assis devant la fenêtre. Je n’y retournerai pas..

I loved the food, however the temperature of the water for the tea was not hot enough for my taste. I asked for the waiter to change the kettle, however the water was still not hot enough with the new kettle . I am a little disappointed in my experience, because the issue was simple enough to improve, boiling water!

Nous vivons au Canada depuis plus de dix ans et ce fut notre première expérience de prendre le thé ensemble. C'était délicieux et l'ambiance aussi. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'expérience à trois! Gardez-le ouvert, c'est une belle tradition à garder! Réservez une table maintenant

The wait time for seating and closing out the check was a bit lengthy. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious and expertly cooked. The service staff were very friendly and efficient in delivering our meals.

Tout à été à la hauteur de nos attentes, ce n’était pas très occupé en raison du personnel très chaleureux et attentionné et toujours très souriant. La nourriture variée et excellente. Je recommande

We did the Sunday brunch buffet. The food was wonderful and the choices were great. A little pricey, but it's a great occasional event with friends on a Sunday.

Le poulpe était fantastique Le steak d'Iceberg devrait être remplacé dans le menu. C'était terrible Mes invités, la salade niçoise était excellente Réservez une table maintenant
