We have reserved on a Sunday at 12 a.m., and although a little underoccupied, the workers faced the challenge! Let me just say that the food was SUPERB and we have 3 very picky young adults!! Every court that was placed before us was DELICIOUS, and we had some to choose from. The peanut-Oatmeal-Purridge (which we had never tasted before) was encouraged to try (also with samples), was GREAT! The vegetable potters were beautiful and crispy on the outside and filled with delicious quality, and loved the diving sauce. Our absolute favorite food was the ack and salt fish with fried dumplings. We loved the authentic taste of the ache and salt fish and the dumplings were from this world. They were HUGE and delicious CRUSTY on the outside!! The same can be said about the festivals. We never saw such big festivals. They were phenomenal! Also the boiled dumplings and bananas were good. Our children couldn't get enough of the salt fish! We also have 2 dinners Entrees: Escovitched Snapper and Curry goat. Our most magical child ate ALL of her snaps and shaved about it! We were recently in Jamaica, the country, and I will tell you that the Curry Goat was AUTHENTIC. We enjoyed it thoroughly and loved the heat from him. The parts of everything were GINORMOUS! All five of us were well fed and we had a ton of leftovers to take home! In our humble opinion, the food RIVALS The door! We will definitely visit MOST again and would recommend it to ANYONE looking for a delicious meal
I was looking for a great shrimp and grits and this place has it! The drinks were amazing and the food was absolutely delicious!!!! The irie pasta (Rasta pasta) was veryyy good as well! So happy to find a local spot that fulfills my needs!!! Trust me, you will enjoy!! And if you are dining in, ask for Raquel! She was so patient and provided great service! Trust me this place is PHENOMENAL!!!!
My brother found this restaurant and my family made a series of times. The staff is pleasant, the food is great and the room is beautiful! We in Rosedale should support this aspiration! It will certainly encourage the owner and the staff! May the Lord God bless this institution in His goodness and mercy and all those who work there!
