Our new local restaurant! The Bolero is Illingen's gastronomic pearl. Regardless of whether it was a starter, a main course or the cappuccino at the end: no one in our group of four had anything to complain about. And that doesn't happen often for us. I had the steak; It was perfectly medium, buttery tender and still had a good bite. That speaks for good quality. The cappuccino is prepared with a portafilter machine and is top class. The service was outstanding. At no point did we feel left alone. A host always kept an eye on us in the background without being intrusive. We were there for the first time. The service was very attentive and very professional. The food came in a reasonable time and was of excellent quality. Delicious. And everything is exactly as it should be. The steak was medium rare just right. The starters were also very tasty. We will definitely come back.
