The ground beef was undercooked and pink. I informed the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen. However, when my husband's meat also came out undercooked, we could tell she was frustrated. She brought out the same meal again, saying that he had approved it and that they use different meat and seasoning. There was no further discussion about it. When we checked out, the manager did not say anything about the incident. Overall, the service was disappointing during our lunch at this restaurant.

This Tex-Mex restaurant is just barely okay. It probably wouldn't survive in Texas, but it's a welcomed option in Missouri. There is definitely room for improvement though. If they had homemade tortillas and authentic Tex-Mex salsas with a bit of spice, it would make a big difference.
