Roslyn's Cellar - Réserver une table

I stayed 08/05-08/07/23. They got me in a room right away which I had appreciated. The staff were great. Saturday night I discovered brown towels behind the chair. It was quite disgusting and I went to the front desk. The man came to my room and took them. I contacted the manager and was told I would get 5000 points which amounts to $30. Instead of a comp to my brother who paid for the room this is what they would do. If you get makeup on their towels it will cost you $150 for each one. I think the Hiltons should do the right thing. We arrived around noon check-in not til 3pm so we had to wait for our room to be ready. All the front desk staff were very nice (esp Rose) and got us into our room about an hour early. The room was a good size and very clean. It's well appointed with a fairly comfortable bed and very comfortable pillows. The bathroom was updated and a good size and again, vey clean. Small fridge keurig coffee maker in room was very convenient. Our room was 320 and it seemed to be in a quiet location. We came for a wedding, but we never heard any real noise and slept comfortably. Pros: Comfortable bed (nice pillows) Late checkout (12pm) Good location for downtown Roslyn Tasty breakfast Cons: Musty smell in room Expensive breakfast Bad coffee Sign indicating that they would charge you $150 for makeup stained towels (the towels were ok but not worth that much) This was an unwelcoming sign

Eating was not good.. overcooked and not what was described. Servers took forever to come to the table, and the time from the order to the table was over 35 minutes unacceptable for only 80 people at all places!

Place is absolutely beautiful! Tables were really very well distanced which I was happy to see! Waitress and waiters were really nice and staff were super accommodating! I recommend it completely!
