Needed cake for February 18, 2022. February 13 I googled various bakeries in the area. Made a few calls. Decided to use Roosmoor. Placed an order on line for a red velvet cake. Received confirmation immediately. Flew in from Pennsylvania on February 17. I noticed when I landed a notice was sent that my cake was ready. Two hours after landing I picked the cake up. The baker was very efficient and kind. Had everything ready. When we opened the cake it was perfect. Eating the cake was a great experience. Delicious!!!! Thank you Roosmoor for a perfect cake.
I always find something nice to try. You still have soft advertising cookies (not sure whether it is seasonal, I always miss hot crossed bungalow season). I avoid buying a whole bag of snowball/wedding cookies during holidays. So I was very happy to buy 1 here. It was the perfect amount, so soft and buttery, plus I love her with pecans! I really wanted the 18th carrot cake from Bixby's Brooklyn Deli for my day, but it closed. I'm looking forward to tasting this little carrot cake.
The best chocolate Danish ever, I would give it a 5/5. Breads are also good. As for other pastries and cakes, I think they taste average, but they usually have very nice cool decorations, specially some of their custom cakes respect my authoritah . I have never ordered a customized cake at this place, so I 'm pretty sure if I ever do order one, they can meet my peaky taste in cakes. The staff are very friendly.
I drove past and smelled the fresh bakery Fooss, so I made the U-turn and checked it. I have every croissant and a raspberry cheesecake. The little bite into the almond croissant was sooo good, it's the best quality I ever tasted in my life. They are large, heavy, moist, fluffy, refreshing. Try them out!
We had the most AMAZING wedding cake from Rossmoor Pastries! People shaved for weeks after our wedding. It was really one of a kind and I knew I could not trust anyone else to deliver. They are the sweetest and kindest people who helped us to be so safe during planning. Can't recommend it enough!
