Took a day trip to Zürich and when we had to make an ice cream stop, it had to be Rosso Arancio! They have an amazing selection of gelatos and sorbets which made it so difficult to just choose 2. Wished I had chosen 3 flavours instead! I opted for Cassis (blackcurrant) and Amarena (cherry), both of which tasted amazing plus it went so well together! They weren’t too sweet and the cassis had a little sourish tinge which was what I liked about it! My friend had the cassis as well, along with Straciatella and Noisette (hazelnut), all of which were equally delicious!
This is probably the best Gelato I've had in Zurich so far. New-ish, very small bar, with a really small gelato counter (I counted 8 flavours, all but one creams). Prices are average for Zurich (and Italy I'd say). Their gelato is really good. I've had pistachio and Rocher, both flavourfoul and creamy. I expect long lines in the summer, given the place position and petiteness.
