We had a very poor experience here for lunch, incredibly bad service, one of our party waited 15mins after the other 3 for her main and was then brought a stone cold dish. We tried to order desserts but couldn't get anyone to take an order so eventually gave up! One child at the table was given an activity sheet 30mins after we sat down but nothing for the other child.
great service, but definitiw not eat Italian, it is rare to find Italian food in london when this restaurant depends on Italian customers, maximum survival is zero. with proper understanding in management can be much better.
very good service, I have a spezialpizze and it has not disappointed. Monday to Friday, they also have a deal of cocktails. perfect to stop and relax after they are through john lewis. was not too busy when we were there.
comfortable location in john lewis with adjacent toikets. spacious with friendly and efficient service. we only had a simple pizza to share, which was delicious and well cooked. fairer value and a good venue and offer Réservez une table maintenant
our four-headed party enjoyed the appetizers and the net, and the service was friendly, pleasant and timely. Although not regular users, we found rosdopomodoro to be relaxed, consistent and pleasant.
Delicious authentic Neapolitan pizzas, the negroni’s here are great too. One of my favourite pizza places in London.
I've been in this restaurant since the opening and whenever I'm in john lewis, I'll make sure I have lunch there.
