the first time performed krimi dinner with 3 running menu, long before booked, was a big success. eating, and only for this is the report, began with an amuse guelle, kartoffel salad with matjeshering, followed by a beard cream soup with gratinated forelle, poulardenroulade with pieces of asparagus and as dessert variations of the earthberry. each of the individual courses was of above average quality, i.e. the hobby cook would not have been able to recook the individual courses in this quality in your own kitchen. the compilation of the individual components of the courses was unusual, but always matched to each other and tastefully. the quality of the food this evening makes lust for more...
