My husband and I visited this morning with some friends. My husband ordered the full breakfast but found the sausages to be a bit lacking; he prefers spicier options. He suggested that they offer different types of sausages to cater to various tastes. I had the continental breakfast, which was lovely, and the coffee was also excellent. The customer service was outstanding, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. My husband was quite impressed. I hope they take our suggestions into consideration!
I believe some of the reviews below are unfair. Every time I've visited, I've received excellent customer service and felt respected. The food is served hot and is well-prepared. The rice is not your typical desi rice, but it's still a satisfying warm meal. I often take food home to share with others. I'm also interested in the truffles they offer, and there are many other items worth buying. I highly recommend this place. They even have a 20% student discount, which is great for students.
I have visited this restaurant several times since it reopened, and at first, the experience was a bit disorganized, with the staff seeming unsure of what to do. However, I can now confidently recommend it! The food is excellent, and the staff is fabulous. The steak pie is particularly noteworthy—it has the appearance of a rustic cottage pie and is quite delicious. Overall, it’s a great place to dine!
Visit here most weekends with family the curries are always amazing. By far the best desi style curries in Huddersfield. If your funny with meat on the bone maybe opt for something other than the 3 curries and rice but if you do like your curry TRUE to taste then try it you won’t regret it. The chef is lovely he made us a cabbage curry we requested that was unbelievable. Keep up the good work.

Impulsive visit this lunchtime and the food was fab...really tasty and fresh. Very clean and tidy and the staff were really friendly. Concept of mixing eaterie and post office feels a bit odd but if we want to support hight Street and local business we need to think differently perhaps. Bit of low music might be nice. I will definitely go back :
A delight! We only discovered this gem when we needed to visit the new post office in town. The food was fresh and delicious, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The menu has something to offer if you prefer spicy or not spicy, and the vegetarian meal my wife had was delicious. Highly recommended and not an expensive option
