I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant because they forgot half of our order. It was particularly disappointing since my kids were really looking forward to the mashed potatoes, but we were told that nobody could bring them back to us. It's tough to explain that to a five-year-old! Aside from that, everything else was great. If all the items had been included, I wouldn't have any complaints. It seems like this issue with incomplete orders is a recurring problem at this location, and it's disappointing that they don't seem to take pride in getting the order right.
