Rotisserie St-Hubert

Drop by this place on my way back to Montreal. The service here is horrible. The servers do not understand half the stuff we say. It took them at least 15 minutes to seat us when the restaurant was like 25% full. Food was ok but took forever to service. I ordered a 1/4 chicken was partially cooked. It was still pink and somewhat bleeding/red near the bones. The server removed it from our bill though. We also order fried ribs. It was okay, my boyfriend liked it but it felt like it was too dry and had no flavour. We also split a rack of ribs. It was also pretty average, the sauce on it is more on the sour side. The chicken was dryer than the Sahara. It was also quite undercooked. The fries were definitely from Costco or something because they were mad soggy. We had to pay 2.75 extra for a salad, and most of the lettuce was brown. The only reason this isn’t one star is because the gravy was very good.

Driest st Hubert chicken I have ever eaten! Went through drive thru around 5:45 pm and I suspect they gave us the batch left over from lunch! The wing on my chicken breast portion was as hard as rock inedible. We ordered the regal junior combo and were shorted 2 coleslaws as well.

Oldish St-Hubert. Staff is doing a good Job. Food was delivered quickly. Honestly this is one of the worst looking feeling one the chain ive been. Smells tabacco even if theres no smokers. Kids area is basicly a joke. please redo this one pleeeaaaase. Réservez une table maintenant

Super nice lady helped us order. Seems a little overpriced and bland but it is what it is! (Hate that expression! Tiny toilet, like on an airplane but clean. Think I've had enough poutine on this trip but hmmmmm, kind of sounds good right now.

We absolutely love St-Hubert whenever we visit Quebec! The chicken is delicious and the piri piri spice is so refreshing. Thank you for always providing us with a lovely meal each time we dine here.

The food was not served completely. The cleanliness and organization of the restaurant were not maintained consistently. The staff did not pay attention to the needs of the customers.

Loved the st-Hubert signature burger. Its really juicy and loaded. Rest of the food items were ok. When in Quebec, do stop by. Réservez une table maintenant

I tried St. Hubert for the first time and I thought it was pretty good. The staff were also great.

I like their system, order at the counter and they'll call your name. It's fast!
