UPDATE We called a third time after 3 1/2hrs and our order has still not left the restaurant... We cancelled our order and apparently when they said it left over an hour ago, it was a lie!!! They say they had a lot of orders. We ordered at 4:55pm.... It 's 8:40pm now and we are going out to get something somewhere else because we are very hungry AND frustrated! We ordered our food online at 5pm. Were told by the app it would be here roughly 30 minutes. We ordered 2 poutines and a chicken filet plate.We called twice...first time after 1hr15min. They said they were short staffed on drivers, should be delivered soon.Second call another 45 minutes later. They said they just left with the order.....

I orders at this place all the time,the last time we orders the order was 1.hr and 50 minutes late we got it cold the chickens was dried the fries cold the bread whas stock to the cardboard it was just gross, I called and told the manager ans he said no problem we can redo the order and send it now or the next time you orders be free !! Well today I call to get my order talk to noemi and she said she will give us a 20$ off WTF that's not wat she told us last time we'll she didn't give a rats a and she insisted that all she would do so 0 costumer service 0 care about the loyal customers 0 exerting never go back there again it's the principle so I told them to keep the 20 dollars cause they ne...

If I could give 0 stars I would 0 costumer service 0 to the manager of the store 0 to the girl called Noemi she gets the biggest 0for not giving à care about costumers and she told me clear and loud she didn't care much about the mistakes that they created!!!

Inflation is taking a bite out of the meals. One thigh, half a cup of rice, half a bun and some gravy shouldn't be $17. That was one of the cheapest items on the list. Nice restaurant though

The server has such an attitude on her we told her no onions it’s an allergy and she didn’t even ensure no onions disappointed in over all service as well
