The pizza was delicious, and the staff were friendly! However, I'm giving this place 2 stars because our dine-in experience felt more like takeout. The pizza was served in a to-go box, and there were no serving utensils or clean forks and knives provided. The parmesan and red pepper shakers were greasy and not well-maintained. Additionally, the atmosphere is not very kid-friendly; it feels more like a rundown, frightening dental clinic than a restaurant. If I could give 0 stars I would. I did an online order for delivery. Our time passed so we called. Then the guy tried to tell us it was for pick up, ok then why charge us a delivery charge. We didn't have our order number so we call back once we found itand was told no order under thar number. We are looking at it in my laptop. They finally found it and said it was coming out ofthe oven and another 45 minutes after we have already waited an hour. Then out for delivery was over 20 minutes when I live 2blocks (yes I was lazy). We call and they told us not sure what you want us to do about it, and hung up on us. Pizza good (5 stars) but the AC has been out for a couple months you'd think that w/ $3 sodas for example, they'd fix it sooner. Supposedly will be fixed finally next week! We shall see. No apologies or discounts because of it. If it's hotoutside it's like being in the pizza oven inside. Imagine how hot it would be for the kitchen staff working around a hot oven. The apparent apathy deserves only 1 star, but gave 3 only because the pizza great and service is fast and to the table.
I attempted to contact Round Table to request a redelivery or even a refund, but after more than 20 calls, I was unable to reach the restaurant. It seems their phone line is disconnected. I am extremely disappointed with the service from this establishment, especially considering that Round Table is not a budget-friendly option. I will not be ordering from this location again.

They are great. I always request my oizza being well done, almost burnt. 70% the time the pizza places will agree to it but it is still floppy. I don’t like floppy pizza. Round Table in Suisun City did it PERFECTLY. NO other place has done it quite right, but these guys did. 5 star for sure.
The pizza is decent, but it's definitely overpriced. It seems like the heyday of Round Table Pizza ended in the '90s. While it might be suitable for takeout, the prices are just too high.
My pizza was ready on time, and when I walked in the door I was greeted immediately, in a very friendly way by both workers behind the counter!
Did a pickup, customer service was great, had my food just coming out the oven. Loved the Garlic Chicken Pizza and Buffalo wings mmmm good!
