Our highlight in the Mosel holiday is the visit to Roussel 's Restaurant La Bonne Address in Bernkastel Andel. Yesterday it was ready. We were very kindly received and led to the lovingly covered table. As house guests, we had pre-ordered an assault and were thrilled. Each course has been accurately explained and an accompanying wine recommended on request. First self-baked bread with herbal butter with lava and truffle salt, a pleasure. The amuese gueules were various appetite exciters, also wonderful. There followed an analystomate lush with Styrian pumpkin seed oil, a poem. Two lovely meals here in the past in the indoor restaurant accompanied by our little dog. Back in Andel for a third time sadly informed no dogs in the restaurant but could sit outside. Sadly it was cold and windy and outside and it made us feel unwanted. So we did not book and went elsewhere.
