My husband and I have never been went there before so we thought we'd give it a try for lunch. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by very friendly staff. The waiter seated us right away , we were given menu's and he took our drink orders. I decided to get the taco salad and my husband ordered four piece the broasted chicken dinner. We were told that his chicken would take about 15 minutes to cook, we said that would be fine. Two minutes later he came back with our drinks. We waited for about 25 minutes before he brought out our food, but we thought maybe it just took a little longer to cook so we were ok with that . It depends what you are after for this place. Weekend nights you will usually find a decent crowd and live music but drinks are small served in tiny plastic cups and averages $8 a drink. If you're looking for food I recommend the breakfast with all you can eat FREE sweet cream pancakes and freshly made to order traditional breakfast items. I did get charged a $2 upgrade charge for a tiny amount of hashbrowns instead of potatoes of some sort. The food is good. They also have great daily specials and select happy hour specials. Service was terrible. We arrived during half price appetizers as stated on the menu (which was made in November 2021. We visited on 6/9/2022) and the server claimed that it was an old menu and that we couldn’t get half price appetizers. When we asked for a manager the manager laughed and scoffed at us when we said it was false advertising. Food was decent but nothing special. The “restaurant” was very loud and we couldn’t even hear each other. On the way out the server said “have a nice rest of your day”. We certainly did... as soon as we got out of there.
This is my favorite place to be at work on Friday after a long hard day. The drinks are amazing here and my favorite thing to grab is her waffles with spiced acid cream. Your staff is as great and friendly as they come. Live bands every Friday and how you sit there and on a beautiful cold drink that BS quickly faded from the week and suddenly you have a great time. It's a fun sports bar to go to. I was here with a couple of girlfriends. They played bingo. And it is no joke. This is a wide spread and serious game. People had lots of fun though. The service was quick and friendly. Food was decent. It was expected for bar food. The food was nothing special or outstanding. I would go here for more of the energy of the community coming together over bingo or a game night.
The food is GREAT. It is very rare that I have a 5-star rating, but waiting was not available on a Saturday night, staff was incredibly polite, the live music was quite soothing, eating wasn't too long, and our waitress was very helpful and fast. And as I said, the food was amazing, perfectly boiled, still really hot and not warm when it was served, portions were great. 10/10 will be back. Great work.
Route 47 is a large place, so even if the parking lot looks full, most likely you will get a table.. The Tap beer selection is very good, and it is cold. The Food is always good, the daily specials are awesome! The Service, I honestly have t say I haven't had bad service or a server with attitude.. And they do Breakfast on the weekends which won't disappoint!
