I know meat. Been a home chef for years, and have had steaks and chops throughout the country as a traveling consultant. I go out of my way to find reliably high quality, fresh cuts that would be at home in major meat-cult spots like Sugarfire, Doe's Eat Place, TJ Ribs, 677 Prime and Black Bleu here in town, and out in Las Vegas. I used to be a regular customer at Primal, and while those guys are still wonderful, this spot... ladies and gentlemen... is the real deal.I don't know where they get it. Local farms, backrooms, and the protein black market maybe... but the cuts here are absolutely to die for. Chicken breasts! Who makes boneless chicken breasts that get people riled up?! These guys....
Today, I stopped at a restaurant for the first time and was welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. The owner's daughter was super nice and knowledgeable. I tried their 1 1/2 inch thick burger with mixed gouda, which was "over the top good." I also had some homemade chicken sausage with sun-dried tomato, basil, and parmesan cheese. These sausages were some of the best I have ever eaten. The prices were very reasonable, with gourmet burgers priced at $6.99 per pound. I highly recommend trying their Italian sweet and breakfast spice sausages. Overall, the food was delicious and the quality was top-notch. Can't wait to visit again!
Our Venison freezer broke just as we finished our order. The staff graciously offered to hold our venison for us until they could get more in a few months. We ended up trying the venison bacon cheddar burger and it was absolutely delicious! Even our 9-year-old gave it a thumbs up. We will definitely be returning this season!
Got 4 filet mignons they look amazing, everyone so nice and helpful. Well needed to edit this, cooked filets amazing, my daughter who loves bread said she forgot to eat her bread because meat was so awesome! Thank you

We got the Plan A and couldn't have imagined how much great meat we got for our investment. Everything we have had so far has been amazing. We have already recommended them to multiple friends and family.
This restaurant offers the best meat in town with a great selection. The staff is helpful and friendly. Don't miss out on trying their delicious cheddar and jalapeno hot dogs.
