Went in at 9:40 on a Thursday night. They close at 10. I apologized to the staff for coming in late, but they're one of the few options for quick eating after 9 pm and I wanted some of that fantastic chicken (best fast food fried chicken in our area in my opinion. I got such an attitude from the people there for coming in 20 minutes before close. Was told I couldn't order certain foods. I live in DC and had just finished a 12+ hour work day. I've been there many times and multiple times they've screwed up my order and given me wrong items or left items out. I double check every piece of food now. Soda machines were down for 30 minutes, but the guy who worked on them was really helpful. He was actually the only person who was helpful and he was a contractor for Coca Cola. The food here is not good at all, and management is lazy. My fries were cold so I had to bring them back. The chicken didn't taste so great. Stay away from this place. The Roy Rogers in Springfield sells good fresh food.
OMG! After a movie in Rio we went to Roy Rogers on Rockville Pike, it was at 9:15 and we were the only ones in sometimes that can really go bad, but we ordered and wanted there. Eating was SO YUMMY HOT Fries Burger roast beef I was a happy dance the employees were so beautiful and courteous! Shout to Roy's for being so friendly!!!! Yippie IEA!
I called a catering order at noon, and the service manager was very helpful and accommodating. All my questions were answered and she was very polite and patient. I ordered a 50 piece of chicken with sides, it was made fresh and the food was great. I was equipped with all necessary utensils, plates and napkins.
