We’ve had deliveries from you for several years. The quality of the food is deteriorating. It is now almost always cold-pot luck on getting a warm meal. Tonight was the worst by far for temperature- not sure it would pass food hygiene for temperature!!! The portion has been reduced by 50% since we ordered a week ago, sent the wrong product and not offered to rectify- as a customer of 5 years it’s a no from us and willl go elsewhere and share our experience of you won’t do anything to resolve it
Ordered a takeaway for 4 adults as we were visiting family. Apprehensive as the last takeaway from a rival Indian restaurant was very poor. Pleasantly surprised, the containers were labelled (this helps and the food was fresh and tasty. The Madras tasted like a Madras, the Jalfrezi tasted like a Jalfrezi which is not always the case. We all said the food was delicious. Home now but wished I’d phoned them on the night to give credit.
I love the food at the Royal balti I have been coming here for 24 years since they opened with Abdul Martin but was disappointed tonight when I ordered the Royal balti biryani at £12.00 and when i said i didn't like veg curry sauce asked for madras sauce instead they were going to charge me an extra £2.00 sorry its the principal so cancelled my order so won't be ordering again, Anna styles
Always always have a great meal spiced to perfection and full of taste, we try to go at least a couple of times a month, lovely staff very friendly and helpful, so pleased to have this restaurant local to me. If we’re away and we have Indian food it is always measured against this place, it sets the standard me. My recommendation is to try the Pathia nom nom
