I ordered the 12-piece "family" chicken meal for $23.99, along with two "family-sized" orders of western fries at $5.99 each. However, the meal did not come with any side dishes, which had to be purchased separately: starting at $2.99 for a small, $3.99 for a large, and $5.99 for family size. The total cost of the meal, before tax and delivery fees, was $35.97, which felt overpriced. While the chicken was flavorful, it was a bit too salty. The western fries, however, were absolutely delicious! Despite being labeled as "family" size, the portions weren't enough for six adults, and I had to prepare extra food to satisfy everyone. One of the main reasons for ordering takeout is to avoid cooking...
I'm only reviewing the chicken I bought yesterday. It was either overcooked or had been sitting out for a while, as it was quite dry. I suspect because it's expensive, it doesn't sell quickly, and the store doesn't replace it promptly to avoid losses. Needless to say, I will never buy chicken from Royal Farms again.
I will never go to the Hanover location again. Several weeks ago I filed a complaint against a rude manager, which I believe was addressed, and today I go in and there's nothing on the shelves. It seems abundantly clear that this store is anything butconvenient. Congratulations... you've lost a customer.
The chicken is extremely overpriced, costing $45.00 for just 12 tenders. The tenders are about the length of your middle finger. Definitely NOT WORTH IT. I strongly advise against ordering chicken from here.

Very RUDE people working behind chicken counter,I hadn't been there in a few years but stopped today. Definitely won't be going back. If you don't like working with the public then work elsewhere!!!
The breading at Royal Farms has been consistently soggy and unappetizing over the past few months. The quality is no longer what it used to be. I hope they improve their menu soon.
The chicken family pack at Royal Farms was fantastic, but the potato wedges from the menu were a bit too salty for my liking, and I would have preferred them to be crispier.
The food was prepared quickly, but DoorDash took a while to assign a driver. I can only guess the food was hot at some stage, but it was still delicious.

Good place to kick back. Very convenient. A little bit pricey but that's to cover the convenience factor.
Pot pie was delicious. Hope it stays a menu item.
