There is no denial that the burgers, fries and milkshakes are good here but it takes more than that to really deserve a higher score for a sit down restaurant. There are a number of issues that takes points off and while they are not huge problems, they do subtract from the experience. First up, the burgers are not cheap. Then the choices are limited. While there are about 10 burgers listed (including 1 chicken and 1 vegetarian) most of the rest the variations to a theme. A different sauce = new burger, extra pattie qualifies as a new burger. Tasty, yes, innovative, no. Ambience is lacking, it is kinda industrial, not warm but not chic. Just meh. The booth seating is oddly tall. Anyone less...
The burger was well cooked and tasty, but very simple. The fries were good, however they weren't exactly hot, just warm. Theres not enough seating and it's uncomfortable, especially if you miss out on a booth. The silver trays they supply are wobbly and so it becomes hard to eat off. I dont know if id go again for a burger, but im glad i went.
Really disappointed - ordered the Prince Harry - bun too sweet, pattie too thin, sauce overpowering and sweet - no taste of horseradish - it was like a McDonalds Cheeseburger. The best thing was the Fries - which is the only thing I like at Maccas as well...

I've been here a few times now and the burgers are consistently excellent. Soft bun, fresh salad and a tasty burger that is not over cooked. Not cheap - almost $15 for most of the double-pattie burgers - but one is a meal in itself and well worth it.
The kids were attracted by the names of the burgers - Princess and Prince... However, this might be the only special bit here. Burger buns were sticky to teeth. What's more, the burgers were cold, as the beef were cold! Milkshake was too sweet.
Ordered the double stack. Patties were burnt so the whole burger had this burnt gristle taste through it. Lack of sauce so my burger was dry. Chips were ok and the milkshake was good. Overpriced maccas.
We go too often when in Chatswood.... good quality yum American style burgers and great fries and shakes .... not much variation but the standard is great!
