Thai Royalty would definitely NOT come here and if so, only to ask them to change their name. But even "Peasant Thai" would not do it justice, peasants in Thailand eat better as well. We came to this place (on a Sunday, not for the midweek lunch specials) because I had read about their real authentic Thai food which I wanted to introduce my family to - but unfortunately this was not to be the case. For the most part the food was very bland and lacked all sorts of spices, especially there were no fresh herbs at all, one of the essential ingredients of Thai food. Visited the Royal Thai in Radolfzell for lunch. I ordered green curry chicken - a standard Thai dish. Unfortunately the curry was overly salty. The cook cannot have checked it.The waitress is friendly enough but not really engaged, e.g. Didn't even ask how the food was. Should the food have been really good, what it wasn't, the prices would have been appropriate.

I visited this restaurant many times and I have never been let down. During the busy season(s) throughout the year you have to make reservations especially if you go there in the evening. I have dined there at least 20 times and the food and service was always very good.

For the money you get a poor quality Thai food This restaurant is the biggest disappointment of the year for me I go many times in Thai restaurants with my Thai wife and never faced such high price levels in Germany with a poor Thai food quality Not worth to go there

We had a dinner by Royal Thai was too pricy from a small portion which you can see from the attached pics. The taste was original authentic Thai ! But not a fair made no service mind at all. Not recommended to go !!!!
