The owner, Mary, is simply amazing—she has been a teacher, a mentor, and now feels like family to me. After visiting for six months, I can confidently say that her life-changing advice and recommendations for building a healthy lifestyle have led me to lose 25 pounds in just a short time. Mary's wealth of knowledge and genuine desire to help others is truly inspiring. I encourage everyone to stop by and see her; I guarantee she will positively impact your life just as she has mine!
Mary made me feel so special on my birthday when I ordered the organic chicken wrap and Inflammatory juice which was blended so nicely without residue. She makes any customer who walks in feel like family!! She’s ready to share details on the time, love, and healthy nutritious info that went into crafting the food and/or drink that you order. She cares for any customers well being and will tell you why a certain ingredient is good for you. God bless this heath food store that she refers to as “her ministry ” to genuinely help people eat quality healthy and delicious food.
Super nice and friendly woman and family. She is very passionate about our health and what we put into our bodies. She truly cares and has a lot of pride in opening such a great store! I loved the frozen yogurt! A little pricey but it’s worth investing in your health. There are many healthy foods and drinks served here. I can’t wait to try more food and drinks.

My mother-in-law always brings home a green smoothie from this place. I visited for the first time today and found the owner to be incredibly friendly and helpful! I tried the tropical green smoothie (which is always delicious!) along with some mango coconut vanilla frozen yogurt. Everything was a perfect 10/10!
They are so full of knowledge and so helpful! The owner is a doctor and is so keen on supporting your health journey, I felt like she was more informative than any doctors office.The juice was delicious!! One of the best I’ve ever had. She made it custom to the symptoms I was experiencing. Can’t wait to go back!
Is the best spot in all franklin of course if you’re into fitness life like me and your main goal is being like CR7 let’s go and enjoy and amazing juice and yell siuuu when we’re done!
Great place and great owner! I had the tropical turmeric cleanser green smoothie it was delicious and best of all healthy and fresh! Can”t wait to go back and try more. :
