I visited this restaurant hoping to try their food, but unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent and reluctant to serve. No one asked if I wanted to place an order, and I kept receiving strange looks. However, as soon as three Spanish customers walked in, the workers immediately greeted them and asked for their orders, as if I wasn't there first. This wasn't a one-time occurrence, and honestly, I won’t stand for that, especially when there are plenty of other better Spanish restaurants in the area. I've seen multiple reviews claiming the staff has biases against Black customers, and based on my experience, I believe them!
Roy's is an excellent restaurant in terms of both atmosphere and food. The restaurant has a section for quick take-out food at a cheaper price and a sit-down area for a more formal meal. The entrees on the menu are around the $20 range which is excellent for the large portion sizes. The food itself was delicious and very flavorful. Expect to leave feeling very full! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Ordered chicken, rice and beans for myself and the chicken was cold the sweet plantains were thick and hard. My daughter ordered pork chops and it was dry and hard. Would not go back. Change the cook and how they conduct keeping the food warm.
Succulent, full of flavor, and incredibly tender. Expertly seasoned. This dish is a must for any chicken enthusiast. A truly comforting and satisfying dining experience. Absolutely delicious!

Food was Great, definitely want to go again. I'd been longing to try some Dominican Food. The 3 tacos were mouth watering and filled me but I got some more to bring home for later. ??
A single breakfast cost 11 dollars. Mangu two eggs a little wheel of salami a little piece of cheese but I never put a finger in there be fairer
I love this place, music is good, food is great. Food was ready pretty fast drinks are er reasonable price. Wish I could give more stars
Very good spanish cuisine.. Pernil Sandwiches are off the hook...Mondongo is also a looked after plate. Very friendly people..

This is an excellent spot for enjoying cocktails, dining, and dancing at night. The atmosphere is fantastic!
Chicken is too dry and the place is too loud on friday and saturday nights.
