I had an incredible birthday celebration at RPM Underground last Saturday, easily the best karaoke party I’ve ever attended. BOOKING: I worked with Raj to reserve a room, and he was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even followed up the day before to confirm everything was set and asked if I had any questions. On the night, he surprised me with an upgrade to the VIP Lounge—best birthday gift ever! One of the main reasons I chose this spot, besides the glowing reviews, was that it’s the only place I found that doesn’t require a drink package with the room booking. Seriously one of the best karaoke spots I have been to NYC! Not even exaggerating, and I have gone to a LOT of karaoke rooms in the city and outer boroughs. There is an awesome happy hour from 5pm to 8pm where everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is 50 off, and this includes drinks, food, and the room rental. Food and drinks were great, and the song selection is huge. Like, over 60,000 songs huge, and the sound and video quality were both top notch! Customer service is impeccable, and the rooms...oh my word, the rooms... Spacious, comfy, and fantastically decorated. Definitely my new go to spot for karaoke!
What an amazing spot! I was with a big group of friends looking for a fun karaoke place, and RPM Underground exceeded our expectations. They have a great selection of songs, blending new hits with classic favorites, plus private rooms are available. Tucked away in the basement of a record store, it’s easy to miss unless you know it’s there. The vibe is a cool mix of vintage mechanic style and vibrant neon lights. The highlight was the bartender jumping in to sing—he was fantastic! Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return!
nrp. underground is one of my favorite bars to visit with friends! It's such a fun and judgment-free karaoke spot! The bartenders are fantastic, and there are always several groups of fun people around. The drinks are enjoyable, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. My only complaint is that I wish there were more song options; we sometimes had difficulty finding songs we liked. Otherwise, I highly recommend checking out this place! Réservez une table maintenant
Raj and Emma were amazing!The bartenders were singing, the open bar area was FUN, and song requests were met. The mixed crowd blended well and people REALLY like to sing here! Big plus for me was the fact that it was an LGBTQIA friendly spot.I went for a birthday party without a reservation and it was a blast. Would highly recommend this KTV spot for the list of songs you can select from along with the excellent service.
This restaurant is a fantastic find in Times Square—a true hidden gem. I've never had a negative experience there. One highlight is the talented singers; many of them are Broadway or off-Broadway performers showcasing their exceptional skills. If you’re hesitant to sing in front of others, you can always book a private room and enjoy belting out some off-key tunes with friends. It's just as much fun!
First of all yes this is a really fun venue. But I also wanted to write a special post. I lost a ring there a few days ago. And Raj who works there has been SO patient with me and he has tried so hard to find it for me because he knows how much it means to me. So just wanted to give a special shout-out to him for being so kind and understanding and generous with his time.
So much fun! The open karaoke singers were incredibly talented, and the drinks were excellent. We first visited on a Thursday night, and the place got livelier as the evening went on.
