R-ribs Bbq - Réserver une table

I was suggested to try the ribs there so Juneteenth they were open 1 of their 3days a week. There was no sauce on the fries as I asked and very little sauce on the ribs so I had to order buy extra sauce and was asked by the worker how do they taste as I tried a rib? SMH. It doesn’t get better, even when asked. Unfortunately my hopes for what once was a great barbecue spot where you had to take a number because the place was packed, now it’s drive through and order surprises . The ribs with fries are disappointing . I have gotten undone ribs red at the bone undone, then there’s the dried more bone than meat resembling scraps why serve this to a customer? Just disappointing. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful but the quality of their food is ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING AND I NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY THERE. I specify freshly cooked fries LOL NOT ALL WERE SO I AM GOOD. Can’t hold onto to WHAT ONCE WAS.
