Given the fact that I've tried this place several times in the last 8 years (seems like a once/year visit), I figured I would add an actual review instead of just rating it. Needless to say, the rating has remained the same average...nothing spectacular; nothing awful. One thing I have noticed is that the portion size seems to be getting smaller and smaller. Now, I'm not one of those guys that people kick out of the buffets for lingering around and eating restaurants dry, but I do like a good bang for the buck to where I'm not still hungry afterwards. I had a negative experience with the customer service. I called to address a mistake in my order, but later realized that I had contacted the wrong store. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone hung up on me, claiming they didn't speak English. I called back, only to be met with the same lack of assistance and no guidance regarding my issue. It was very frustrating.
The bacon, egg and cheese burrito is SO good! The eggs are so fluffy, bacon is crispy and cheese is melted perfectly! Highly recommended. Plus they have my favorite raspberry iced tea. Very efficient and friendly staff too. Edited my review from 2 months ago. I now order lunch every Saturday here and get the Baja Chicken Caesar Salad which is SO good! Highly recommended!
Rubio's offers amazing fish tacos; I tried the fried ones, and they were the best I've ever had! Right now, they have a special price for them on Taco Tuesdays. The sauce bar is excellent, featuring a variety of options. The atmosphere is also a step above your typical fast food restaurant.

The salmon was excellent, and my wife really enjoyed her tacos. The street corn was delicious, and the food was served promptly. Plus, the prices were very reasonable and budget-friendly.
Good food at Rubios. I've had salmon burritos and tacos. They have a salsa bar. Employees are courteous. Miss them since I'm no longer in Denver and CA. Happy they are in Vegas
