I ordered through the app and went in to pickup. I waited 15 minutes past the expected pick-up time. I gave them their time because they were a bit busy. However when I asked the GM about my order, he looked around and found a burrito that had been laying there on the counter the whole time and said, oh this must be it. He then proceeded to start bagging that burrito. I told him that I want it remade because it is probably cold by now. He just turns his head and says we 'll get it for you man. He has no sorrow or kindness in his attitude to look at me and apologize like a man. So rude and just not caring. Been a loyal Rubios fan for 20years, with colleagues who worked in legal dept down in SD, and after frequenting this local store for past 5years, suddenly corporate replaced the regional manager, store manager, most of staff changes in store policies....went from a warm, friendly, welcoming impeccably attentive culture with clean store, to cold, inattentive, poor morale culture, often with salsa bar empty and/or dirty as well as lack of that special attention that made coming here special!!If these changes are an indicator of the overall franchise culture shifts, then Corporate may want to take heed of this dire trajectory, as you will likely alienate...
Very disappointing. I ordered 2 cups os soup and a shrimp burrito, 30 MINS LATER we walked out the door. The small bag of stale chips was a lousy bribe to win me over. For OK food I don't recommend. There are much better places to go for a reasonable wait. I won't go back there.
I can't help but feel frustrated that a place would charge $4.18 for a fountain drink. It seems like this business is solely focused on making money and taking advantage of customers, which I believe is unfair. I won’t be spending any more money at this establishment.

I would not recommend going to this location during the week on your lunch hour because they get very behind and you'll be late getting back to work... even if you order ahead. Other than that, the food is always delicious!
