so many vegan options made to order fresh. from quinoa flower cups and salads to burritos and tacos. available with impossible or grilled veggies for protein. some may have a dressing or folding of queso fresco easy to order without. everything I ordered here is always warm, fresh and tasty. I prefer vegan restaurants, but do not have many opportunities where I live. it is great to have this delicious option.

Some can order a dressing or wrinkles of queso fresco easily without. All I ordered here is always warm, fresh and tasty. I prefer vegan restaurants, but don't have many options where I live. It's great to have this delicious option.

Rubio had many changes this year. Bowls are the trendy vehicle for food now and Rubio wants to be part of it. Keeping with sustainable seafood is still fast, this practice will help to keep our oceans blossoming and offer its customers a beautiful selection of seafood such as Alaskan Pollock, Atlantic salmon, shrimp and Tilapia.

Many good options! I always get the California Bowl with grilled vegetables, and it's the best! Everything is also super delicious.
