I feel like I got scammed here. I was given a room without a shower door, which meant that the toilet cubicle was soaking wet after my shower. I just assumed this might be normal as I 've seen some extremely minimal shower glass in German hotels, although the glass frame clearly had holes where the hinges were supposed to be. Imagine my surprise when I looked at photos here only to discover that other rooms apparently do have shower doors. So have they removed all the doors? Or was I given and charged for a substandard room without a shower door? One of those things must be true, and both explanations are unacceptable. Lovely hotel. We got a free upgrade upon arrival and there was a very friendly guy explaining everything (young guy, blonde, wearing a cap) and he made us feel very welcome. All the staff were great actually! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Great that they have a 24/7 bar in the lobby! Jesus was there, making great cocktails and together with Davide made for a cozy evening; even on a late Monday! The only thing, they need to have bar snacks. The rooftop terrace is amazing. The location is perfect, right in the center; everything in the old city is walking distance and public transport is around the corner. Would definitely stay here again. Service: 5

I celebrated my birthday in the cozy hotels bar with my friends and family. Totally recommend it for a nice cocktail night out. Service was great and friendly, Jesus, Alessio and Alex took great care of us. Looking forward to coming back on better weather and checking the rooftop bar. Service: 5
