See Revised Update at the Bottom Worst restaurant experience, everything tasted expired. Served raw chicken. I feel bad for the front of the house staff because it’s clear they need help. But there’s no excuse to barely stock the salad bar, leaving people to dig for scraps at the bottom just to top their salad. We waited for an hour for a main course and still got served raw chicken, which they comped from the bill. A member of staff was speaking poorly about patrons in front of guests at the bar, which made for an uncomfortable environment. We came back to this location in response to a great promo. Delighted by this experience. Location is under new management and WOW what a difference!! First it was fully staffed and they were clearly customer focused. Josh the GM was out and visible ensuring his team was on it for customers. After my experiences here under prior management this experience tonight took this location back to the top of my choices in Troy. Please extend my thanks to the entire team!! Steaks were perfect too so thanks to everyone!! Glad to see this restaurant back to its opening standards….Great job Josh and team!!
I absolutely adore Ruby Tuesday's! It's always a treat to stop in at the location in Troy. We were greeted promptly and seated right away. The hostess was fantastic. Our waitress, Amy, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience and brought a smile to our faces. Our food was served hot, accurate, and tasted delicious. Amy was amazing! It's clear that it takes a dedicated and efficient team, both in the front and back of the house, to make customers like me leave with a smile. Keep up the great work. We'll be back soon!
Had a few hours to burn while car was being worked on. Tried the ribs with a baked potato-delicious. Very succulent rib meat. Had the standard sauce-it exceeded my expectations. Baker was perfectly cooked with plenty of butter and sour cream. Beer was cold plus they had Stella. Makers hit the mark. GM spent some time with me, had a good convo. Staff was attentive. Salad bar looked outstanding. Overall was pleasantly surprised, had a wonderful experience. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Could use a patio.

I have always loved Ruby Tuesday for the amazing salad bar and variety of menu options. I just visited the RT in Troy Ohio. My server was Olivia. She was absolutely exceptional! She was very kind, friendly and helpful. The manager was also very friendly with all the guests making sure they were well satisfied and well taken care of. This restaurant is under new management and it shows. It's back to the RT I am used to!
We returned to the restaurant and we are very glad we did. Once again, the service was exceptional. Erika was wonderful and we were informed that she is new to the location - welcome! RT is fortunate to have you. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed. The food and drinks were excellent, thank you for a wonderful lunch.
The salad bar is the best around. I go there at least once a week for lunch and it is always fresh and delicious. Service is great! It's getting to the point when I walk in they know where I am sitting and what I am drinking and eating.
They were very short staffed but our food was hot, delicious and cooked perfectly. Our waitress Kim was kind, attentive and very clearly a hard worker. Haven't had Ruby Tuesday's in a long while and this one didn't disappoint.

The salad bar was excellent! The food was cooked perfectly. I ordered sweet potato fries, which are usually either undercooked or overcooked. However, these were cooked to perfection. Kudos to the chef!
Our waitress Taylor and the GM Josh were so attentive. The food was delicious too. They’re trying to get on their feet again after some hard times and seem to be doing great!
