"The salad bar was quite good. However, the restaurant was extremely warm due to a broken air conditioning system. The waitress was lovely, and the service was quick. Overall, the food was satisfactory."

Take out order. Two out of three meals wrong. Manager wanted to make sure we brought the food back, so he could throw it away. It?s pretty bad when nothing is right you need proof. Seems like the management should talk to the kitchen. No discount, coldfood for the person that had to travel to pick up the corrected meals. Picture of no tomato salad. Also, sad, small portionsizes. Pasta didn?t even fill bottom of to go box ???? Edit: When they make a mistake, you get a much smaller portion to helpthem control food costs. You pay for the food get less because they don?t make special orders correctly, but the manager stillwants his bonus. Lesson learned for picky eaters!
The restaurant feels like it's still in COVID lockdown! Every time I visit this location with friends, they seem to run out of baked potatoes. During the pandemic, they only served boxed mashed potatoes. The service was slow, and my medium steak came out well done. Texas Roadhouse offers a much better variety, including baked sweet potatoes and a nice side salad without the extra $6 charge for the garden bar. If you're in the mood for a cheeseburger and fries, you'll be fine here, but don’t expect much else!
Sat at the bar with my daughter and we had Andreika the awesome server. Drinks were immediately served and food was promptly order and served. Our blackened chicken quesadilla, Parmesan shrimp and chocolate chip cookie skillet was delicious and severedpromptly as well. Andreika and James were great company. The GM Lorielle Dean run a great restaurant with delicious food, greatstaff and quick service. We love our Rockledge Ruby Tuesdays! Always 5 stars! Only remembered to take a pic of the cookie!
I do feel a bit for the bartender; when we visited, they had quite a large section to manage. Yet, they still managed to provide the best service possible. It’s a casual place, much like other Ruby Tuesdays, so I wouldn’t recommend dressing up for a visit. It was a perfect stopping point for us on our way home from the beach. If you're looking for a great salad bar, I definitely recommend this spot. It makes me miss having a Ruby Tuesdays in Orlando! Réservez une table maintenant
Sorriest excuse for service in all the times we have been in here. Server made us wait to order drinks while she checked out a party of 14 each paying their own ticket. I ordered the endless salad bar and there was moldy tomatoes, soggy grapes, and rank watermelon on the bar. I killed 2 ants crawling on me and the restaurant as a whole smelled like a dirty sour mop. My husband had a rash break out on his arm where he rested it on the table
I had the ultimate chicken sandwich which has been great at other Ruby Tuesday's It was ok here. I did ask for no lettuce and it still came with lettuce. They needed more sauce on this on as it was kinda dry. The place smells like a wet dog the couple times I have been there and there is always garbage on the floor if you go later in the day. So much potential but just not enough wanting to care. Service lady was nice
Very good service, good food, portions are acceptable and prices are in the mid range. This particular restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, well stocked bar, casual atmosphere. Their never ending salad bar is well stocked and worth the price; you canhave it as an add on side dish to any Entrée for $6. Worth it!
It was hard finding a Ruby Tuesday now that most of them have closed but find it we did. I was not disappointed too. The endless salad bar was great as usual. Many fresh choices to pick from. The menu had a lot of variety and the prices were alsogreat. The drive was worth it. Réservez une table maintenant
My birthday was today and Ruby Tuesdays made this birthday worth remembering. Our waiter went above and beyond to help with the cake we brought in ourselves. I had the smokehouse burger and it was really good. The atmosphere was great. I would be comingback most definitely.
