Ruby Tuesday - Réservation de table

After reading so many disappointing critikens, I should add my own resource experience that I had at ruby dosdays. not long ago, I went in to place a call order because I had a problem that was ordered for a pick up on the line. over 1/2 were the bars stools on the bar counter plate that hit me to ask if they close? the manager response was that it even without help limited the bar area. I delivered my order for salmon. after the time I asked her to check my order, as it seemed longer than normal. she disappeared into the kitchen, it was a past before she returned and said she was working on it. I picked up the waitress to talk to each other in the vicinity of the bar area in a customer's pe...

after being loyal and appreciative patrons for many years and having enjoyed ourselves immensely that all changed yesterday! My wife and I came here for an enjoyable dinner when we became aware of the changes since our last visit. When looking for what to order most of the entrees came with pre picked sides so the customer has very little choice. The waitress wasn’t very friendly or engaging either. For years this place was under a manager/ owner and it was a very well run ship , but not anymore . Yesterdays visit will be our last as we do not appreciate being treated as if we are an unwanted problem or nuisance by the crew and the bill was outrageous for the amount of food that was ordered.

I never leave bad reviews but I have never had worse service. Waited 20 min to place our order, salad bar was not refilled, I had to hunt down a waitress that wasn’t even ours to get us silverware and napkins. She ended up taking care of us and apologizing for the lack of service we were getting. I get it we are all short staffed these days but there weren’t many patrons dining in and the staff that were there were hiding in the back or sitting in the booths. I saw two waitresses running the whole show while the others could’ve cared less. Do better Ruby Tuesday! Not sure how this place is even still open!

my visit last night with my family was phenomenal. when we arrived, we were immediately greeted by a beautiful young man at the front. my mother-in-law was a pain, but the server remained patient and answered all asking. the woman in red I think was the manager on the duty went to remove grußtafeln schirr and help the server that I thought was really great to see everyone working together. eating was excellent and quickly brought to the table, which was also a plus! the look of the place is not the best, but I will definitely be back for the great service and eat! I don't know where to begin. Customer service is out the window at this location!! Staff was more worried about socializing with each other than paying attention to customers. It was only 4 tables with customers and you would have thought the place was standing room only the way service was provided (NONE EXISTING). The restaurant needs to be cleaned thoroughly, have a more experienced manager, and retrain the wait service staff. Food was good but other than that... ?

Food is good, fries and tater tots were well made and seasoned. Steak was cooked well and it did come out as medium rare as requested. The ribs were good, just wish they had a little more flavoring for the Tennessee Nashville hot run. I ordered mash potatoes as a side and got fries, but that's ok, it happens. I think a decor update and more staff would be helpful. Seemed like they were tight with staff. Overall, I think it's good especially with a coupon

very comfortable and welcome. the food was well prepared and quickly arrived. server was very friendly and knowledgeable, but not intrusive at all. I will definitely ask for ariel at my next visit. the manager here knows her things and is fast to solve any small problems that arise. very satisfied with this restaurant.

I ate with vater. friendly faster service, lots of parking, waiter april was ingenious, beloved salatbar with selection of salat and gloves. bathroom floor was tacky and outside must be fixed or updated parking: at the number of parking places Réservez une table maintenant

So many of the staff are courteous, responsive, and eager to please. That's one reason I keep coming back. Update a week later another satisfying experience. Staff was wonderful told me about specials immediately. Food was hot and delicious.

Got a full rack of ribs and they were the toughest ribs i ever had. the baked potato was good though.
