My wife and I were seated at a filthy table area, when there were other tables that were clean. There were straw wrapper ripped bits laying on the ground, with several miscellaneous food particulates as well. It was the ONLY table that was dirty in that section, so why would you seat us in filth?! There were several times employees, including our waitress, that were stopping and chatting for a bit with each other (which i have no problem with we're all human and we talk amongst ourselves at work), but the issue i has with that is the several times you had to stop and speak with each other, is time you could have cleaned up the mess, and even offer an apology, but said time was NOT utilized for such. Seeing this filth leaves nothing to the imagination on how your establishment handles food while being prepared, or the overall sanitation of every aspect of operation. The food was good, however my wife and i both ordered the 6 oz. ribeye diners, yet hers was much thicker than mine, and made me wonder if they screwed the order up. We've dined here several times, but this was the first i have ever complained. Please don't let your business slide into neglect, and inform hosts/wait staff to not seat patrons in filth.
