My wife and I visited Rucci"s Italian Kitchen Grill today. It was our first time at the establishment. The food was tastful and the atmosphere was fine. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is our server Jessica was very inattentive to us as we watch other servers in the area cater to their assigned tables constantly insuring their patrons had everthing they needed. I needed water as my glass was empty. When our server finally returned, I stated I could use some water, she never acknowledge me and walk away with our utensils. Moments later another young lady shows up to fill my glass with water. So it was obvious my server heard me but didn't acknowledge my request vocally. I can over...
I have been forgetting about this place for years. Finally stopped here to eat. I was not disappointed! Got the bacon cheese fires. They were just plain nothing special. The ribeye steak, potatoes and Brussel sprouts were fantastic. The meat was cooked perfectly. The sides were plentiful and good also. I had the cannoil for desert it was fantastic. I can't wait to go here again and sample more of the menu. Second time here I was not disappointed. Customer service was great I had the Tony Suprano steak and cheese sub. Fresh ingredients makes for great food. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. The only complaint was the steak knife sucked it was dull and hard to cut.
Paid $72 for a pizza , baked ziti , and 3 steak and cheese subs, adding in a chocolate mouse sliver of cake. We ordered ziti what we got was FROZEN LASAGNA !!!! Pizza was undercooked, and the sandwiches were dryer that the Sahara desert! $10 for a literal SLIVER of cake that was half melted. The absolute worst food, my daughter couldn’t even eat her “lasagne” that she didn’t want! Highly disappointed!!!!
The service was good, but the crab cake meal lacked flavor. My friend's lasagna had some burnt, tough spots on the bottom that were inedible, and there was only one green bean or asparagus piece included with the lasagna. We received a partial price reduction on September 21, 2024. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant due to the issues with the meals. Réservez une table maintenant
