Hi. As I have said before, I only take the time to write a review so that I can share my honest opinions in an attempt to help others. I always give honest opinion be it good or bad. Last Friday evening I ordered a takeaway for five people, via Go Eat service. I was estimated a 40 minute wait, which is about right for a Friday night It now goes down hill from here 1 I only give one star because the system won’t accept zero stars, so my single award is for a reasonably good menu on offer. 2 When my food was 1 hour overdue, I tried several times to call the restaurant. 3 At 90 minutes late my wife finally got a response. I’m up for a visit from the south coast to see family and friends before Christmas. They use this place as they love it here. I asked for a staff curry which wasn’t on the menu. That was catered for no problem. The owners son Mohammed came over and introduced himself he may be part owner, I’m unsure). Such a great welcome. His father the owner whose name I didn’t catch was out but came over as well when he returned. I was treated like a friend rather than a customer. Ordered takeaway from Goa Goa yesterday lived in the area now two years and hadn’t tried staff were really polite, got there to collect my order it was ready and quick, when I got home found the little addition of poppadums and pickle tray which was lovely and then when I tasted the food it was just amazing!! Really really nice not a bad word to say about it. Will be a regular of here now!
The worst service ever. We waited almost 2 hours for delivery. After 2 phone calls to the restaurant to see where our food is and both times be told the food has just left with the delivery driver. Eventually our food arrived cold. We phoned back up to complain and they put the phone down on us. Absolute joke. AVOID COMPLETELY. Réservez une table maintenant
We came here Sunday while staying at a local hotel where we got married this Friday,was a great end to a special weekend and the staff and food were both excellent, we had the 5 course meal for just under 11pound and I must say it was exceptional value for money ,we will definitely return
i order food last night for dinner and i would say it was fantastic. they deliver quickly within the time. i ordered chicken jalfrezi, chicken bhuna and 2 haidrabad biryani. i must say to order everyone if you want to enjoy your food. thanks goa india takeaway for perfect food.
