It's Rudy's come on now what could you really say bad about this place? BBQ so good it will make you slap your mamma! Service is superb as well. There is always a line out the door but the staff seems to make the line move efficiently. Only 4 stars on their atmosphere because well honestly I feel more could be done there. Bands on the weekends Rudy?

I’m Islamic and I enjoy Rudy’s BBQ. They always take special care to cut my Brisket and Prime Rib on a clean cutting board with clean utensils. No discrimination, just respectful hospitality. Everywhere else in town it’s the opposite. GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!! Thank you to the weekend night manager Joseph for making it happen!

We got a smattering of 1/2 pound meats. It was fantastic. I can't recommend the wet brisket or turkey enough. They were busy but moved the line right along. Tons of seating everywhere. Overall an excellent experience. Parking: Tons of parking!

When you miss Texas barbecue and nothing else will do, there is a Rudy’s somewhere waiting for You!! Cali doesn’t have any so we visited Colorado Springs for 1000th episode of Adventures in Odyssey, happy to find this nearby!!??

Got the baby back and ribs, and they were just okay. Potatoe salad was delicious, coleslaw had no flavor, green chile stew was pretty good.
