Das Industriegebiet von St. Leon (der eine Ortsteil von St.Leon Rot) liegt um den Bahnhof Rot Malsch an der Haupt Eisenbahnlinie durchs Rheintal und umfasste früher neben einem größeren Gießereibetrieb einige kleinere Kfz Zulieferer und Kfz Betriebe und auf der anderen Seite der Eisenbahnlinie lag das Industriegebiet Malsch in dem sich ein Hersteller einer bekannten Rollstuhlmarke niedergelasssen hat. In den Neunziger Jahren hat sich dieses recht kleine Gebiet plötzlich völlig verändert, als die SAP dort zunächst mit ihrer Drucksachenherstellung und –lager dort hinzog und dadurch in Folge das Gebiet in Richtung St. Leon gewaltig ausbaute. The St. Leon industrial area (the one part of St.Leon Rot) is located around the Mal Rotsch railway station on the main railway line through the Rhine Valley and earlier included some smaller automotive suppliers and motor vehicles on the other side of the railway line, the Malsch industrial area, where a manufacturer of a well-known wheelchair brand has settled. Decent Thai restaurant considering this is quite the middle of nowhere. The pad thai I ordered was really salty, but the taste is OK. No English menu available.
